B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, 2016
M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, (in progress)
Senior Business Partner, Clean Technology at Alberta Innovates / Emissions Reduction Alberta
I am a 2016 alumnus of the Mechanical Engineering program. I am passionate about the intersection of climate, technology, and politics and am currently working to support clean technology development and energy transition policy at the provincial level. I am also currently enrolled part time in a thesis-based masters degree at the University of Alberta, with a focus on energy system modelling and industrial energy efficiency. During my undergraduate career, I contributed to student life through leadership roles on the Uof A EcoCar hydrogen vehicle team, the Week of Welcome program, and Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. As a member of the PD&M Subcouncil, I hope to contribute to the development of resources and a supportive ecosystem for young alumni as they transition from university life to the professional world. I am an avid skier and golfer and am looking forward to returning to travelling following the current pandemic.
