About Me:
I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UofA in 2016. After graduating, I began working as a Technical Engineering Consultant at SK Engineering and Construction in Fort McMurray. Here I got lots of exposure in troubleshooting and providing engineering solutions to issues in the field. After 2 years in this role I decided to pivot to Project Management, first as a Project Manager and then a Project Engineer at Syncrude and Suncor, respectively. This is where I got to learn how to manage and execute both capital and operations projects. During my time in the O&G industry, I could see there was a clear shift towards using AI technology and data for increased business efficiency. The next big strategic impact to many organizations and leaders was going to be understanding what AI is and how to properly harness this technology for their business. This is when I decided to come to Kellogg and enroll in the MBA program specializing in AI/ML to learn the necessary technical and business acumen to understand how to properly apply AI technology strategy to have a positive impact on business. In my free time, I love to try new foods and play basketball.
